Overview

Neonatal admissions have increased in the <1500 gram group and more so in the 23-27 week gestational age group. There is a small group of clinicians with experience in this age group, but many more clinicians are willing to learn. Although CQI projects are focused towards this age group, specific foundational knowledge has not been formally addressed. This is to be accomplished with the Tiny Baby Series.
